Kimbell Art Museum
The Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth, Texas showcases foreign artworks created prior to the mid-20th century. It contains a notable collection of European art - including Michelangelo's first known painting, The Torment of Saint Anthony (which is the only painting by Michelangelo on exhibit in the Americas). It also features art from Asian, Precolumbian and African cultures, as well as classical antiquities. The museum itself was designed by renowned architect Louis I. Kahn.
