Amon Carter Museum of American Art

The Amon Carter Museum of American Art was established by Amon G. Carter to house his collection of paintings and sculpture by Frederic Remington and Charles M. Russell, but has since grown into a comprehensive collection of American art. With over 40,000 photographic prints, it is also one of the country's major repositories of American photography.
